Hi Guys,

Most of the preparations now complete, Alli left for a weeks skiing with his sister on Tuesday morning and we have spent a relaxingish week exploring the town, beaches, inter-coastal waterways of Palm Beaches, very pretty, beautiful enormous homes along the waterways, must be lots of mosquitoes though as most swimming pools enclosed in a netted frame, looks quite wierd. An incredible amount of floating gin-palaces around here! Had our first swim at Peanut Island on wed evening after walking the town flat doing last minute provisioning, and finding an auto elec marine, as our regulator faulty and overcharging the batteries on trip down.

Regulator problems being fixed today, weather turning favourable so it looks like we could possible be sailing out of here Saturday, will let you know once we arrive Westend Grand Bahamas - hopefully the satelite connection works there too, have heard that it's unreliable.
